How it works

Create a focused file from the tracks you need

From source file to selected export

The analyser reads notes, timing, tempo, meter, key signatures, velocities, ranges, polyphony, and note-derived harmony without changing the source file.

Workflow

  • Open a MIDI, MusicXML, XML, or compressed MXL file.
  • Inspect the piano roll, embedded events, statistics, and harmony lane for each channel or part.
  • Select the channels or parts to keep, then drag across the piano roll to limit the timeline.
  • Download the new file, or save it to your media library when your plan allows it.
