Foundation: pitch only. Elementary: stepwise quarter notes in 4/4. Intermediate: eighth notes, half notes and rests in 4/4. Advanced: dotted rhythms and wider intervals in 3/4. Minor keys use the harmonic minor scale.
Listen and transcribe
A piano gives the tonic, a count-in, then the phrase. No target notes appear before submission or reveal.
Drag a note or rest onto the staff. Drag a notehead vertically to change pitch, horizontally to move it. Or select a tool and tap the staff. Focus a note and use arrow keys to edit, Delete to clear, Escape to cancel. Gray gaps remain unanswered.
