The point is not to memorize one position. Each cycle forces the same three voices to move by a different interval path while the guitar keeps the nearest playable grip.

Practice notes

Use the close version to hear the chord identity, then the spread version to hear the same harmony breathe across the strings.

Keep one bar per chord. The discipline is to hear the full harmony, watch the voice movement, and let the hand learn the nearest playable shape without breaking the cycle.
